They are unresponsive and engage is shady and illegal business practices, including low-ball pricing estimates to get business where they often triple the costs upon delivery or after everything is loaded, and they will threaten to hold goods hostage until additional payments are made. I have extensive notes, texts, emails, and recorded phone calls. I have a list of business addresses that they have used. They rarely, if ever, return phone calls. Since August, they have never answered the phone or returned a call. They didn't deliver at least 25% of our stuff. They use insurance claims to cover their incompetence. They also contract with other shady companies, such as Supreme Moving and Storage.Customer Name
