On May 23, 2019 I requested for a pick-up at 3 Jodhpur Court, Tinton Falls, NJ 07753. They informed me that Ruben informed me that they could get my items on a truck heading out to Texas that week and it would be in Texas in 5 days. No mention was made to a wait time lasting longer than 1 week. They promptly arrived 2 hours after first contacting them earlier that same day, at the listed pick-up residence. Items were picked up by agent #BR490807. Still no mention as to the time frame of the move, other than the truck was leaving for Texas later that week. My items sat in Pennsylvania for 19 days. After multiple attempts to contact Ruben who was the agent of contact for my shipment, I was finally told the company who they outsourced the shipment to would arrive soon. I was not prepared to not have my items for 19 days. I has to buy extra clothes, use an emergency insurance coverage for my medication that was in my shipment, and utilize a friend's lap top for school purposes.Customer Name
