Initial estimate was $2000. Once they got to my house the guy yelled and cussed me out and said it was now going to be $4600, then once all my stuff was loaded on the truck he said I owed him $6500. My stuff was held hostage until I paid all of it. Tons of missing stuff, lots of damage. The guys that delivered, left stuff out in the dirt and left without me signing a copy or even giving me a copy of invoice. Customer service will not call anyone back, if you call and press the number for sales you can get thru but then they will yell at you and hang up. They are very aware of all the damage and missing items but will not even allow me to file a claim seeing how they just won't respond. They have about 5 fake addresses, all apt complexes. And multiple business names to trick people. Many many people are getting scammed by this company!!Customer Name
