We have a large antique hutch that never arrived (item is a family heirloom)(retail approx $1200), all boxes were broken and damaged with countless items inside the boxes broken (flatware set ($100), cup set ($30), pottery vases ($60), decorative jars ($15), kitchen utensils ($15), plastic bins have cracks and damages to plastic bins as well (retail - $75) Family VHS tape ($priceless memories lost), decorative star bent ($40). Our quad had items stacked on it and due to this had the front right brake reservoir broke, thumb throttle, bend hand guard, attachment for clutch cable broken, and rear grab bar broken, seat tore (based on retail replacement value for all quad parts to replace broken items - $403) . I have photos of when the items arrived how horrible they were all stacked in the moving truck, all damaged boxes and items, photos of the moving crew STANDING on boxes inside the moving truck in attempt to see beyond the moving box pile looking for our missing item.Customer Name
