When I was sold on using Revolution to move to Pennsylvania I was told not to worry about moving that their team was capable of taking care of my needs. Since that time I've had a number of delays with pickup, according to my representative the workers picking up my gear were clearly high and smelled of weed. The agents i have spoken with have pled ignorance when asked for times and dates other than once a truck is sent delivery is 2 weeks. Only twice has anything I've asked to be emailed about actually been followed upon. I will be living in an empty apartment as of June 28th, 2017. This is after more than 30 days working to synchronize my arrival with the move. At this time I've no ETA for the arrive of my gear.Customer Name
