Mover was told and shown what all to load onto truck. He did not. The reason I an claiming so much is because alot of the things that were left in Wyoming is not replaceable and has sentimental value to it. Plus all my kids first christmas ornaments were left. When we talked to Aaron a so called manager he only wants to credit us $100 for everything his employee left behind. My kids will not have a Christmas this year since all our decorations and out tree were left. Aaron asked why we didn't notice anything missing before now, well we just had our things delivered on November 7th. Noticed it was not here when going through things, and the employees were late on both pick up and delivery.Customer Name
