First of all, Golan's operated as a broker when it had said that it was a moving company. Without my knowledge, it sent a subcontractor to pick my furniture. Thie team stole or Golan's people stole my credit card and personal information and used my credit card for unauthorized payments. I had to cancel my credit card on an international trip. Second, it damaged all my furniture ( all pieces) and lost one my bags, I assumed that they were a moving company and they were following its offer, but they did not. The people who went to my house did not use a mask for COVID and there was a huge delay.Customer Name
