Many of my items were damaged by the movers. Some items are missing. Boxes arrived crushed, with holes punctured in them, wet, upside down. Furniture arrived with damage from bad handling, or damage from being crushed. Specific items missing are two shelf units and one extra large box containing my mountaineering equipment. The equipment in this box is valued at over $1,600. In addition, I was charged $600 for storage in transit (SIT) when my contract with the original broker (Keystone Moving Group) specifically said I would not be charged for storage for up to 45 days.
