Most Valuable Movers picked up furniture from my daughters apt in July 2013 and placed the furniture in storage until we had an address on the West Coast. I paid the required storage charges as required. Two years later when I tried to contact the company regarding their non-response to my emails, phone calls, and letters requesting my furniture be delivered to San Diego. I've sent numerous emails and called the company over 100 times and they've never responded to my calls or letters. I believe they were screening my calls to avoid talking to me. The few times someone answered the phone was because I used another phone number. They promised to have dispatch or a manager call me back. To date I've never received a call back. I'm requesting reimbursement for the storage charges and the replacement cost of my household goods.Customer Name
