Property damage or replacemnt of missing property: $10,156-10,292 reimburse moving cost s $6642.41 Reimburse storage fees $1181.61 The company showed gross neglect during moving and storage process, resulting in much damage and loss of personal property. I have already filed a claim with their claim company, but was not satisfied with the outcome. Anthem Claim Co told me I have the right to seek arbitration. I have over 120 photos of damages, including broken TV's . damage to most of my furniture, broken art glass, and proof of gross mishandling of nearly all the boxes. There were also boxes that were vandalized, and some just missing. I hired Budget Moving, who then subcontracted to US Moving Pro, who contracted to Scout/NW relocation without my knowledge until the day they arrived to pick up my belongings. I was reassured at pick-up that my property would be moved to the storage facility in Portland, OR ,per my original agreement with US Moving Pro. (My move was from Harrison, ID to Portland, OR. I had not yet found a new home and was staying with family). In weeks after my move, I learned that they actually took the property to a facility in Spokane, WA, and they would not disclose the location.
