1)Two Large boxes haven't been delivered. Missing items. Mixer/Blender-120$, KitchenUtensils-100$, Dresses(Teddy bear, cash registers and so on)-150$, Toys-250$ They need to send those missing boxes asap and I need a compensation for each day till they deliver these boxes. 2)Items hasn't been delivered on time. As per the agreement signed with them I should be getting the items within 21 business days. Line from the agreement -- "All interstate moves are required to be delivered within 21 business days of the first available delivery date" Pickup date was June 24 2018 and first available date was given as Jun 29 2018. So excluding Saturdays and Sundays and July 4th, as per the 21 business day, they should have delivered it on July 30 2018. But I received the items on Aug 1 2018 5pm MST. So I need a minimum compensation of 50x2 =100$ for these two daysCustomer Name
