Even though we paid for crating, instead of crating my 120 gallon aquarium and stand separately, LA Metro Movers simply left my aquarium on top of the stand and wrapped them together with a thick blanket and tape. While delivering my 120 gallon glass aquarium and custom stand together, the aquarium and stand slipped and fell on the driveway. Due to the heavy combined weight, while being transported the delivery employees lost control of small dolly. The package crashed and broke apart. The custom stand shattered from the impact and the weight of the aquarium. The aquarium seal was jarred loose and small cracks developed inside the frame, and now the aquarium has several leaks. I want the aquarium and stand replaced. I understand that the move was covered up to $10,000, so this should not be an issue. *This company does not provide a visible email address - I've listed the broker's email address.
