American Pro Movers was brokered to move my possessions from MI to GA on or around 11-3-19. They increased my binding estimate by $50. After I was promised a credit card would be accepted, they demanded cash or certified check. Since I didn't have enough cash, I had them store my possessions for a month ($200) I called and texted that I wanted my furniture delivered the first week in December. Only one response to the multiple calls, messages and texts. They said I would have my possessions by 12-8-19. When it didn't happen, I filed a complaint with FMCSA (#100141874) which resulted in a partial delivery of my possessions on 12-18-19. The company didn't have an inventory sheet and the driver was told to load anything with a green sticker. When I mentioned that several pieces of furniture were missing, the driver stated he remembers seeing one of the pieces. Also several boxes are missing. I could not find an email on any paper work.Customer Name
