We moved on August 30th and I have been reaching out to this company since the day I noticed they broke my things. Luxe Trucking broke my tv and my computer monitor, rendering them both unusable. The monitor is worth $240 from Amazon and it is HP Pavillion 22er Full HD 1080p LED Monitor with Frameless Bezel and VGA & HDMI - 21.5 Inch, Silver (Series T3M72AA#ABA) Purchased in 2021. The TV is an LG 50" Class 4k HDR Smart LED AI UHD TV w/ThinQ 50UK6500AUA worth $299.71 - $300. Purchased in 2019. The manager I spoke to is Olu Falaye. I have called, sent texts, emails, nothing. They are refusing to talk to me after they broke my things. What makes it worse is I offered to put the monitor and TV in my car along with my daughter's tv but they say they would take care of it and make sure if wasn't damaged. I also had broken china, dings in my furniture, and a bookshelf completely destroyed.Customer Name
