Company has totally inexperienced movers . Broke Large Smart Flat Screen Tv , Bedroom Furniture set several pieces damaged . Had no tools so borrowed knife and ripped leather love seat . They shattered full length antique mirror . Boxes which they all labeled and wrapped with fragile written on them were tossed breaking family China cups and dishes . Beds which we paid to wrap showed up unwrapped and filthy . Most upsetting was after increasing our cost by several thousand dollars they wouldn’t unload our furniture until the money was paid by cash ! The customer service person assured us that the movers would place and set up our furniture as stipulated in the contract . They proceeded to damaged our front door and walls and said they drove a truck don’t set up . My wife asked them for screws for bed and they shrugged their shoulders . We were left with damaged home and possessions and they couldn’t have cared less . As a long time manager I can’t believe any business can operate in this manner . Basically they sent incompetent people , price gauged us and then most upsetting trashed our possessions we worked hard for and fled .Customer Name
