I used this moving company to move my belongings from New York to Atlanta during COIVD. In addition to my televisions being stolen never making it to my new home, my furniture was damaged and dropped in the middle of the street and never delivered into my home. I am pregnant and was forced to pay a shuttle driver via Zelle, who would come and move the furniture. HE NEVER CAME. So not only was my stuff stolen, damaged and never brought into my home, I had to move it myself to get it into my house. When I called to complain, a man in dispatch yelled at me when I said my stuff was stolen, and continued to yell at me then hung up. I kept calling customer service back and he asked "If I was going to talk nice". I am the customer, who was wronged and they have no desire to help me or fix the issue. I want to be reimbursed for my stolen tv's and damaged items. Items on the list and contract I signed did not make it to my destination.Customer Name
