Missing, Broken & Damage furniture during the move with road runners & emotional frustration endured from misinformation given & lack of communication from long distance movers & road runners movers. Movers inability to reassemble furniture that was disassembled during furniture pick-up because of not having any tools to complete job that was included in moving fee. Headboard to matching bedroom set not delivered so therefore the bed was not assembled properly, middle rail not secured, TVs (2), office desk chair, fire stick tv, Apple TV missing, to name a few. Mother's curio damaged with broken glass & front separating from back at bottom, office desk totally destroyed & many more items, etc.Customer Name
