I don't see an email for them. They don't even answer their phone. Grossly upping charges (once they had our valuables), packing items we did not want moved (like a trash can WITH trash in it, a sofa, etc. to make the move more pricey), showing up with a full truck nearly 85-90% full, and then charging us for the items we had to move ourselves, suggesting we had 3100 of cubic feet (we have photos of our stuff on a 3800 truck, we take up less than 20% of that truck, upping the binding fee from 800 to 2995 (after they had our stuff hostage), large amounts of damage and zero response and support. During drop off did not setup or reassemble anything. Left it in plastic wrap. Original estimate: $5000, then went to $10, then $14 plus new binding fee = $173851 Customer had to move many of the items that were on the new estimate: weight bench, weight set, garage cabinets, washer and dryer, white fridge, many white storage boxes. Damaged: New LG stainless fridge (side by side door) - 7 dents, two huge scratches and the entire inside is cracked Dresser (side by side) 3 Bookshelves 2 Pottery Barn Mirrors 1 West Elm Mirror Arm Chair broken 1 Crate and Barrel Sofa destroyed with oil (they got oil on all sorts of our items) Desk completely busted (no leg) Countless glass items: frames, jars, vases, etc. all broken Cracked west elm white bed frameCustomer Name
