Over charge fees and restoring fees after. This company had quoted me for $1994.35, a deposit was paid initially, then a second payment was done at pickup. The remainder was to be paid when delivered. From October 27th when pickup of the furniture was done, they delivered on November 24th when in fact I was contacted Tuesday the 22nd to schedule the delivery for the 23rd. Then they were saying that my balance was over a grand when in fact was $437.95 to begin with. This cut into my upcoming rent that to male matters worse has been raised starting December's lease renewal. The company (James) who has emailed me, told me after calling about this claim of theirs of the facility not being semi truck accessible, told me to email him with the images of the facility's parking area and that he would call higher ups to get them drivers compensation for that shuttle fee and me only be responsible for what I owed. When they arrived, no one contacted the drivers. They would not unload nor allow me to unload my belongings until I paid those $1012.95. By the time they arrived it was so late that the facility's access to my unit had ended at 10pm, so I had to make unforseen arrangements to store my belongings, multiple back and forth driving causing more gas expenses (I drive a Ford expedition), not to mention I live about an hour away. It cost me a days work because I arrived past 1am and I was scheduled to go in at 6am. But now at this point I also have to return to move all my belongings to the unit, which gate access resumes at 6am. This was all arranged by me Esmeralda Rodriguez for my son Kyon Reyes-Lebron.
