Extensive damage to almost all of our items rendering them scratched, chipped, broken, shattered, and in most instances completely unusable and unsalvageable. What was bad to begin with was actually much worse as we went through boxes pulling out shards of glass and beaten-up electronics along with pieces of vintage furniture that looked as if they had been defaced and run over almost intentionally. We have broken bookcases, a dresser with a leg broken off, a new refrigerator with black mold throughout (some of the plastic shelves inside were removed to get it out of the door supposedly and were cracked and broken into pieces), a sofa with huge holes and tears in the fabric (along with stains as it was left uncovered and exposed), another dresser with chunks of wood carved out and deep scratches, my son’s toys were smashed into bits (broken plastic), and a coffee table with large gashes in the top and sides, are just a few of the notable offenses committed against our property.Customer Name
