They are in breach of their contract, they came outside of the supposed 3 day pick-up window when we scheduled the move, they held our stuff for over 30 days before finally delivering our home goods damaged and missing. I voiced my concern about them using two trucks to load my HHGs at pick-up and they reassured me it would all make it to our new home. It did not, and what did was damaged. I want to be made whole for everything that was lost and broken as well as get my money back that I paid for the move as they did NOT hold up their end and provide the service that was expected and explained to me.Customer Name
