Selective Van Lines moved me a year ago. During the move they were awful, uncommunicative and unprofessional. They damaged some of my personal items. At the time their claims process went through movingclaims.net. I filed the claim and provided all of the info and the claims company sent selective the information to award me the &62. Selective is refusing to pay me stating that they no longer use movingclaims.net but will not give me any info as to their new claims provider saying my case is too old and the company is now owned by someone else.Customer Name
