chairs, couch, and futon damaged from too tight of packing tape where it left dents. wrapping was so tight that it ripped and exposed edges of bookshelf and coffee table which damaged the corners. trash can is dented. items were thrown into boxes and damaged. plunger was put into box with makeup which contaminated it (I was able to wipe off what I could but powder makeup couldn't be wiped down). i have pictures of everything as well.Customer Name
