**I am an attorney with Mercer, Law PA, representing Ms. Jenifer Stuto. I am preparing to file lawsuit. This inquiry does not waive my client's right to do the same, as we are merely using this form as a communication method to try to obtain information on your Arbitration program as you are listed in the adverse party's Bill of Lading terms. I have tried to get in touch with anyone from Fastlink to no avail. I have also left a messages with Moving Authority to attempt to find out information about this Arbitration program before choosing to file here or in Court. For instance, do you have an actual hearing, or do you rule on on the documents. Who are your arbitrators? Are they licensed attorneys? Does Fastlink have to agree to arbitration if the amount is over $10,000? Nature of the Dispute: Demand Letters have already been sent to Fastlink so it is well versed in this dispute. I also have a draft Complaint I have prepared that can be submitted that we are getting ready to file. Claim based on Civil Theft, Violations of Florida's Deceptive and Unfair Trade practices Act, as well as Breach of Contract. Fastlink failed to deliver one item, failed to reimburse my client one dollar, lied to my client constantly about the location of her items, tired to induce her to file a false police report. It was eventually learned they crashed their uninsured truck and abounded my client's possessions on the side of the road. No one informed her about this, but she was able to find the name of the towing company on a police report, who let her know the same. Any items that were not already stolen were unsalvageable as they sat in a tow yard for over a month before she discovered the location. She opted in for full replacement value, in the amount of 100,000. Plus, any claims based in tort are not subject to the Bill of Lading's terms.Customer Name
