On Jun 11, '21, I contacted Road Runner Moving and Storage (Miami, FL, DOT: 2850350) for transporting our household goods from Los Angeles, CA to Valhalla, NY. They provided me a binding estimate of $3,130 and confirmed they would pick up my goods on June 13. They also asked us to deposit an amount of $1,033 through Zelle. However, the transporter failed to to pick up my goods by Jun 13. Thereafter, we tried contacting them to refund our deposited amount but they have not responded to our requests at all. We have tried reaching out to them through emails, phone calls, and text messages, but have not received a single response from them. We are going through a lot of mental and emotional stress due to their behavior. Firstly, they left us hanging without providing their services. On top of that, they have not responded to our communications for refunding the deposit amount and have not shown any willingness to refund it to us.
