If I had a choice, I would give this company a -1 star rating. The most unprofessional and dishonest service. They provided and quote but did not abide by it which caused an excessive charges for extra square footage. Careless packaging of our items, multiple items were damaged upon arrival and upon further inspection. Management was unprofessional and used vulgar language on the phone. We were bullied and threatened to pay additional fees or they were going to lock the truck and drive away with our items. They also have their drivers drive more than the allotted government time. Our driver drove 20 hours straight to reach the destination. Please do not use this moving company!

Do NOT use this carrier. The driver who picked our car did not speak English and asked us to sign a blank screen on his cell phone. When we asked what we were signing, he was unable to explain. Our car was already on his truck, so he literally drove off with it while we were trying to get help from the company on our phone. The driver clearly transported something INSIDE the car, as there were interior damages when the car arrived. The company won't take responsibility for the damages because they forged our signatures on the drop off/pick up checklist. Beyond irresponsible, this carrier does illegal and damaging activity. DO NOT USE UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES. Take your business elsewhere.
