Very professional, prompt in response and willing to meet our price. Well recommended by their referrals as well. ;-)

LOVE THIS spouse was advanced and the moving company gave a migration bundle through this moving company and they was AWESOME!! they worked with bailey movers to come pack the house and baileys was great they stuffed the home quick . The graebal laborers were ten times better. they were so kind and stocked everything and they had three men that were extremely kind and conscious and the driver was exceptionally decent and accommodating and didnt endure anything which made thing stream superb. I needed to move without anyone else's input with four kids and i didnt need to stress over anythng....the unloading was far superior they worked through a 113 degree whether and had my home unloaded in around 5 hours AND they set the furniture AND set up all the bed for me....I was so satisfied and relieved...LOVED THEM and i HIGHLY recommond this moving company.

QuestionAs we've learned the Federal-Aid Highway Act of 1956 was crucial in the construction of the Interstate Highway System. Described as an interconnected network of the controlled-access freeway. It also allowed larger trucks to travel at higher speeds through rural and urban areas alike. This act was also the first to allow the first federal largest gross vehicle weight limits for trucks, set at 73,208 pounds (33,207 kg). The very same year, Malcolm McLean pioneered modern containerized intermodal shipping. This allowed for the more efficient transfer of cargo between truck, train, and ships.

Question“Writer-director James Mottern said he was influenced by nuanced, beloved movies of the 1970s such as "The Last Detail" and "Five Easy Pieces." Mottern said his female trucker character began with a woman he saw at a Southern California truck stop — a "beautiful woman, bleach blonde ... skin tanned to leather walked like a Teamster, blue eyes.” - Paul Brownfield

QuestionThe American Association of State Highway Officials (AASHO)was organizedand founded on December 12, 1914.On November 13, 1973, the namewas alteredto the American Association of State Highway and Transportation Officials. This slight change in name reflects a broadened scope of attention towards all modes of transportation.Despite the implications of the name change, most of the activities itis involvedin still gravitate towards highways.

QuestionThe most basic purpose of a trailer jack is to lift the trailer to a height that allows the trailer to hitch or unhitch to and from the towing vehicle. Trailer jacks may alsobe usedfor the leveling of the trailer during storage. To list a few common types of trailer jacks are A-frame jacks, swivel jacks, and drop-leg jacks. Other trailers, such as horse trailers, have a built-in jack at the tongue for this purpose.

QuestionIn today's society, there are rules and regulations everywhere you go, the same goes for commercial vehicles. The federal government has strict regulations that mustbe met, such as how many hours a driver may be on the clock. For example, 11 hours driving /14 hours on-duty followed by 10 hours off, with a max of 70 hours/8 days or 60 hours/7 days. They can also set rules deciding how much rest and sleep timeis required, however, these are only a couple of regulations set. Any violations are often subject to harsh penalties. In some cases, there are instruments to track each driver's hours, which are becoming more necessary.
