Able Metro Moving and Storage in Edison, NJ - The movers didn't know how to get from my home to the capacity unit, which was actually 3 miles away. They got lost and it took 1.25 hours to go the 3 miles. Amid this, I called the workplace and was told by the lady who replied "I'll get back to you right when I find my driver". I along these lines left 3 messages and nobody ever called even to affirm that the movers had arrived. This was a 90 degree day and I was sitting in my auto, pregnant, sitting tight for this truck to appear. When I returned back to the house, I saw that the embellishment on a door jamb was for all intents and purposes stripped as they had unmistakably constrained a love seat out the entryway as opposed to taking the feet off the sofa. I exited 3 more message about this, and again nobody tried to get back to. They got their installment and that is unmistakably what they are about. What a disgrace for them, as I will be going somewhere else to move out of capacity in a couple of months.

Stay away from these movers. They do NOT honor their quotes, almost doubling the original estimate,. If you know your business you should be able to provide reasonable, accurate estimates. As professionals you should certainly not be making the customer suffer for your ineptitude. STAY AWAY FROM THESE GUYS!
