Everything went as arranged. The movers were respectful, proficient and amiable. Utilizing Andrews Express and Storage Warehouse Incorporated made our turn pleasant and less unpleasant.

Please do not use this mover under any circumstances. Having been in the military we have done several long-distance moves and this local one was the WORST. I fed them, made sure they had water, and was very accommodating. Not only were they unprofessional, but they damaged furniture, scratched lots of floors, left a bunch of stuff behind that I had to spend the next several days moving MYSELF with my SUV, were very careless, and on top of it one of their workers STOLE my kids' macbook and we knew because it pinged at his wife's workplace which was a daycare in town. Owner was unapologetic, Carlos was ok, but their reaction was not one you would think you would get if you told them one of their employees actually STOLE from you. Not only that, they wanted to do anything for us not to press charges. HORRIBLE company. Please beware. And for my fellow real estate professionals, I would NOT recommend this company to any clients you plan on keeping! They deserve NO STARS. And to think I went with them because I wanted to help out local business and cut cost. Never again.
