I'm in California, and my child goes to University of Alabama. Since he's a competitor, he needed to stay past general move-out from the dormitories, and his takeoff date was open to question. We discovered 2 days prior that he was done, and condemned in the event that I was going to pay for round-excursion airfare and a rental auto to move him out of a 10x10 room, with no furniture.
To begin with I called Dorm Room Movers. They charge $44 per 18"x18" box to move and store things for the mid year. I think they needed $55 for the smaller than expected cooler that cost me $110 dispatched from Amazon.
I searched for a nearby arrangement, and went over John Sparks at Southern Moving. He was wonderful. I approached him in the event that he had boxes available to be purchased he gave me the name and address of a store that would offer them to my child. His folks appeared at 9am, as guaranteed and on time, and had my kid moved into an atmosphere controlled (that was vital for protection scope) little stockpiling in under 2 hours.
I could deal with the entire thing, including installment, via telephone.
I wouldn't falter to suggest the moving company.
