We needed to move my Grandfather into another home and decided to use these guys who came highly recommended by the new management. I did price them against the movers I used back in April (I won't name them, but you can find them in my reviews), and Family Movers were $1000 cheaper in the end than the other estimate!!!! I talked to Aaron on the phone and he was polite and made the process super easy. He told me it was a flat rate no matter what they do, i.e. packing, moving, more than one location, etc. Also, he told me it didn't cost extra for packing material or there weren't any hidden fees. He was right! So nice to have honesty in a business. The day of the move, the guys showed up on time with positive, professional attitudes. Greg was the lead and Michael was new, and both were very polite to my Grandpa. We had to change a few things and move things around, and they never once complained or showed impatience. The best part was amazing service at that price!!! I will actually use these guys for myself the next time I plan to move. Thanks for the great service!!!

I messaged this organization for out of here only 4 days notice. Aaron answered to me on a Sunday morning and immediately affirmed everything. There were a couple of logistics issues to deal with and he was truly useful and on top of it. The movers were neighborly and proficient. This is really the first occasion when I manage a moving organization that doesn't split something or concocts shock charges. Exceptionally legit movers. Exceedingly prescribed.
