Mr. B.

Feb. 23, 2022, 12:40 a.m.

I'm not a firm devotee of composing negative audits. I for one feel that the best way to handle poor administration is to not bolster the business. Be that as it may, subsequent to Dan basically "undermined" me, I felt this survey was extremely meriting. I will never utilize or prescribe Allstar Moving and Delivery because of Dan's conduct. Also, if Dan is an expert, he will divert his vitality for adding to "an arrangement of suing me for criticism" into conceivably redressing this circumstance with myself and other potential clients who might run over this audit. I utilized Allstar Moving and Delivery for my turn from Macon, Georgia to Hampton, Georgia in December 2012 and was satisfied with the administration and estimating. This drove me to send a request with Dan Couley (proprietor) on October 15, 2015 for an up and coming move in Hampton, Georgia on October 31, 2015. I called Dan with points of interest on October 15, 2015 and caught up with an email. Dan verbally ensured that he would have the capacity to perform the move for me in Hampton, Georgia and that "I had his assertion since he was a God-dreading man" (his words not mine). I never got a reaction to my email, and called Dan the next day, October 16, 2015. Dan said that he got my email and that he was amidst a move, however I had no stresses and he would even now have the capacity to handle my up and coming move. On October 21, 2015, I at long last got an email from Dan expressing "a debt of gratitude is in order for your request, I'm sad we are totally reserved." I was somewhat unnerved on the grounds that this repudiated what he verbally expressed beforehand. I instantly called him to check whether he confounded my moving solicitation for another. Dan let me know again that he was totally reserved and that he didn't value the way that I let him know that "I didn't trust my turn ought to assume control 4 hours (counting travel time)" in the first email that I sent to him on October 15, 2015. . As I specified to Dan, my "4 hour time span" was an individual evaluation. On the off chance that my time evaluation was doubtful, then Dan (as the moving proficient), ought to have prompt me (as the client) generally. Dan went ahead to specify that there were closer movers in McDonough, Stockbridge, and Jonesboro (Georgia) and that I ought to get in touch with them. Dan is right with that announcement, in any case I reached him at first for my turn since I utilized him beforehand and was acquainted with his polished skill (or possibly I thought). Moreover, if Dan felt that my turn was "out of his range" then he ought to of let me know that when I at first connected with him on October 15, 2015. (On the off chance that Dan would have recommended to contact a drawing organization that was nearer, at the outset, I would have had no issues and would of still co

The movers were awesome yet the owner Dan is unprofessional, bigot, a liar, and a hoodlum. He lied and let us know he double booked our time and date so we needed to move at 8am. On the morning of the move the movers didn't come until 839 in light of the fact that Dan let them know not to come until 9. Dan, the owner, charged us $95 a hour and said we pay for what we used. After just using a hour and 10 mins Dan advised his lead mover to charge us for 2hrs. We were then told there is a 2 hour least. Dan then got on the telephone and said that we were lying, called me a b***h, called my spouse an imbecile n****r. One of the movers dropped a huge wood dresser on his foot, he broke the dresser furthermore broke his foot. Dan would not replace our furniture and he advised the worker he couldn't go to the emergency room, that he was a languid n****r and that he expected to walk it off. In the long run Dan expressed he would repair the furniture however we were told by the representatives that he would just document the insurance claim, keep the cash and take the cash out of the check of the worker that broke the thing. All things considered, I would never utilize this service again and I have reported them to the BBB.
