Precious Cargo Movers started our move on December 1st we rented the Trucks from U-haul they provided the man power. 4 guys should up around 10:00 am two with experience two just started. We had a great deal of heavy furniture they spent hours wrapping everything. 8.5 hours later the trucks were loaded. They came back on December 3rd to unload they showed up at 1:00 PM
In the afternoon and now it's the owner and two new guys one from before. We only used them 4 hours we had already unloaded a truck an a half before they got here.
I'm sure it is very hard to get good help in this business but I don't know if I would recommend them we ended up with a broken refigerator and they broke the glass top to our Dining room table we had a few walls damaged slightly in the new house. The owner Jackson was very helpful with our schedule but it was obvious he was having help issues.
I know this is a very difficult industry and I always try and give people the benefit of the doubt.
I guess overall we were lucky.Im glad it's over!

Precious Cargo loaded a truck for us that we drove ourselves. The roads were very rough and the truck bounced around a lot. I was very impressed when we unloaded the contents and discovered nothing was broken! They were very efficient and obviously packed the truck very well. I highly recommend them.

Two moves, 4 years apart- Precious Cargo went above and beyond both times. They were on time, carefully wrapped all furniture with blankets and shrink wrap, worked FAST- they hustled and as a bonus they were incredibly gracious when I had them move things around because I couldn't decide where I wanted them. Obviously being a return customer is the highest recommendation I can give. Hands down worth EVERY PENNY!!!!

I got six quotes for Atlanta movers, and Precious Cargo was by a long shot the slightest costly. The other five quotes came in around 160 every hour in addition to a transportation charge. Valuable Cargo was 85 every hour with no extra expenses. The two men that moved us took care of business rapidly and effectively, just 3 hours for the whole move! They buckled down and were extremely proficient. I found out about them from two separate companions who utilized them and had similarly great encounters. How different movers stay in business I have no clue. Astounding administration at a large portion of the expense.

In 1976, the number one hit on the Billboard chart was "Convoy," a novelty song by C.W. McCall about a convoy of truck drivers evading speed traps and toll booths across America. The song inspired the 1978 action film Convoy directed by Sam Peckinpah. After the film's release, thousands of independent truck drivers went on strike and participated in violent protests during the 1979 energy crisis (although similar strikes had occurred during the 1973 energy crisis).
The basics of all trucks are not difficult, as they share common construction. They are generally made of chassis, a cab, an area for placing cargo or equipment, axles, suspension, road wheels, and engine and a drive train. Pneumatic, hydraulic, water, and electrical systems may also be present. Many also tow one or more trailers or semi-trailers, which also vary in multiple ways but are similar as well.
Business routes generally follow the original routing of the numbered route through a city or town. Beginning in the 1930s and lasting thru the 1970s was an era marking a peak in large-scale highway construction in the United States. U.S. Highways and Interstates were typically built in particular phases. Their first phase of development began with the numbered route carrying traffic through the center of a city or town. The second phase involved the construction of bypasses around the central business districts of the towns they began. As bypass construction continued, original parts of routes that had once passed straight thru a city would often become a "business route".
Smoke and the Bandit was released in 1977, becoming the third-highest grossing movie. Following only behind Star Wars Episode IV and Close Encounter of the Third Kind, all three movies making an impact on popular culture. Conveniently, during that same year, CB Bears debuted as well. The Saturday morning cartoon features mystery-solving bears who communicate by CB radio. As the 1970's decade began to end and the 80's broke through, the trucking phenomenon had wade. With the rise of cellular phone technology, the CB radio was no longer popular with passenger vehicles, but, truck drivers still use it today.
Ultra light trucks are very easy to spot or acknowledge if you are paying attention. They are often produced variously such as golf cars, for instance, it has internal combustion or a battery electric drive. They usually for off-highway use on estates, golf courses, parks, in stores, or even someone in an electric wheelchair. While clearly not suitable for highway usage, some variations may be licensed as slow speed vehicles. The catch is that they may on operate on streets, usually a body variation of a neighborhood electric vehicle. A few manufacturers produce specialized chassis for this type of vehicle. Meanwhile, Zap Motors markets a version of the
