The movers appeared ok on time and they were incredible! They were so useful and didn't squander at whatever time and generally speaking made a stunning showing. Nonetheless, they had an issue getting a lounge chair out of our storm cellar and wound up putting a gap in the stairwell divider (see picture). When I called client administration 2 days after the fact, they said that since we hadn't indicated out the gap the movers, that they wouldn't cover the repairs of the opening (despite the fact that I didn't sign anything or ever get notice that I should tell the movers of any harm). When I'm burning through $1400+ on movers, I would surmise that it would be great business practice to deal with your clients and pay for what might be a modest repair ($50-$100 at most). Presently, they have lost my proposal, despite the fact that the genuine movers benefited work.
