I paid to have my furniture picked up on 6/27/2020. The ONLY number online or that is provided is 503-236-6241. No one picks up during normal business hours and they say if I'm not available at my location at the time they arrive I will be charged. If I can't confirm delivery date or reach anyone, how is this fair to me? Don't do business with this company--NW Relocation of GTS Shipping Window.

This so called moving company does not rate a single star. Our contracted move with them from Melbourne Florida to Bellevue Washington was nothing short of a rip off. Upon initial delivery at least half of our items were missing. It ended up that they were lost in transfer at their Portland warehouse location to eventually be partially delivered 90 days later. Our barrels and boxes were pilfered through. There was much breakage. We lost at least 15 -10 gallon plastic barrels, framed pictures, glassware, clothing, collectables. These people are so incompetent that they even delivered other customers "stuff" to us and we had to reject it. The trick they play is to rush the customer at the drop off and not check off the item numbers listed from embarkation. It is evident that they load and unload their trailer many times on the cross country trip. We could document over $6,000 of lost goods through their careless way of doing business. They sent me a settlement letter for $84 which is about the cost of a 2 drawer file cabinet they crushed. They say they have insurance to cover damage and loss, but "Anthem Claim Management is neither an insurer or a moving company. Their advice to GTS - dba Northwest Relocation was to pay .60 cents per pound only on damaged and not missing items. This is not a reputable company and you must be aware. If you deal with this moving company, do not pack or unpack anything yourself as they deny EVERYTHING. This was the worst move of our lives and certainly the most costly. Now all we can do is roll with the punches and let our attorney go for a lawsuit against this company for the inconvenience of losing our shipment and having us buy replacement items to survive without our good. BEWARE

WORST company ever. Lost our microwave but said since paperwork was signed off per Anthem claims dept, we were denied coverage for loss. It was in 1 of the many boxes and were they going to wait while each box could be opened to see what was in there???? From other reviews I am reading, looks like other people have been scammed by them too!! Someone is collecting all these "LOST" items, They also cracked our mirror and ripped the bottom of our sofa! DO NOT ever do business with this company!!!! I want to rate them zero stars but have to give them 1 star

They deserve minus a million rating, but u can't submit review without rating. Worst company and they should not be doing business. Scammers, fraudulent, liars, etc....

This company is a joke. They delivered my goods a month late. When my belongings arrived, my brand new Mountain bike was ruined, and several items were damaged. When I told them my belief were damaged, they just pawned me off to another company. The driver showed up with NO PAPER WORK! He had no idea what he was delivering. Its a good thing I kept my paperwork from when it was delivered to my previous address. InI was told and promised I would receive a $525 dollar credit due to my belongings arriving so late, but now nobody is answering my calls or responding to my emails. When someone finally did, I was told I could not talk with the "Ops manager". Don't ever use this company. SAVE YOUR MONEY. It looks like my next step is legal action. This company doesn't care about their reputation. I will write a review everyday until I get my money.

worst move ever. Mover STOLE items from our shipment and the settlement letter was for 63.00.The hunting Bow alone was worth 10 times that amount. Don't use this shipper unless you are willing to be stolen from! Does not deserve any rating except as theives

Run, don't walk. We contracted GTS through Independent Moving Solutions to move from the Portland, OR area to Plano, TX. If we'd seen the ratings for GTS we would NOT have used them. They average just over one star on thousands of reviews & from our experience that is VERY generous. Seriously, if you're ok w/ damaged & missing property then use GTS at your own risk. Here's a little about what you'll experience: after you make the initial payment you will be ignored, they will not return phone calls & emails will require 2-3 days for response; IGNORE anything they say, only refer to your contract because that's where they will direct you for any concerns/complaints; if your contract says they have 40 days to deliver your goods, COUNT ON IT, they will take 40 days. Also, when the team shows up to actually move your goods count on the fact that your quoted price is out the window. They will find every reason allowed under your contract to charge additional fees. And what are you going to do, tell them, "no I'm not paying that"? They will walk out & there goes your scheduled move - they've got you by the short hairs. Oh, and did I mention, you will ignored once they pick up your goods. More insult to injury? How about damaged property. Or missing boxes. There's always boxes that were obviously torn open, items removed & then the box haphazardly re-taped. I know, a nightmare. We lived it...

Words can not describe how cruel, un accommodating and just straight out cold hearted. This company is. No accountability to their sales representatives promising you the world bluntly lying. Their excuse "They are new" Well YOU are responsible to train that person! Initial estimate 2300. Well it's now a 5000$ Bill. Promised a 21 day window... its been 37 with NO SIGN of when our belongings will arrive. Good luck trying to get a hold of them once they know your problem. They point fingers at the "Carriers" THEY CHOOSE TO PARTNER WITH. Now we are living in ABNB and they just say you should have read the agreement which is true. My family trusted them blindly and now is being victimized by the stress and uncertainty that comes with dealing with them... . It's been 47 DAYS! No pots no pans, no beds, no clothes. None of my children's toys. Guy shows up and is now asking for additional 400$ for a shuttle. DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!! THEY DONT CARE ABOUT YOU OR YOUR FAMILY,. THEY JUST WANT THEIR PAYCHECK. PLEASE STAY FAR FAR AWAY. Will be documenting a YouTube episode about the experience. Will be sure to post the link. Just look up AAA Movers/GTSNW SCAM/ Nightmare.

Working with multiple authorities in attempts to return our stolen property. By now I can tell, that multiple sources state, they have NO AUTHORITY to work in Steyr of Washington, but they do it anyways. I plan legal actions.

Used GTS out of desperation to get our family moved from north Idaho to TX. They still have our belongings after a month. We have paid over $11000 and don't have our things. Like others here, if we had only read reviews first, we would NEVER have used GTS!

PLEASE save yourself money and frustration. Look for a different moving company. If I could give negative stars I would. They pad the bill by adding boxes and doubling some of your items. But really that is not the worst of it. I swear the truck was in an accident. Multiple times they told us our items were loaded on the truck and on the way. Never showed up. Call back and find...NOPE items unloaded into a warehouse and not on the way. This happened twice. Two months later our things arrive looking like a truck ran over them. Tire marks on cloths. 1/2 of the boxes WET and moldy. I even have an email from them stating that our items were in good condition when picked up from our storage. After a lot of back and forth they just shove you to their claims department that will deny most of your claim and then offer 0.06 cents per pound. Yep 306.20 on over $30,000 in danage and missing items.
