This is the most reliable moving team I have ever had. They did a fantastic job moving my stuff to my new residence. All the furniture and personal stuffs were taken good care of. No damage at all and each item arrived in pristine condition. The service is very reasonably priced . Highly recommended.

They are a company that makes every effort to assist and make any move as smooth and organized as possible. Our movers were so helpful and hardworking. They did excellent work and did not slow down, they moved in the last hour the same as the first hour. I must say they truly understood the meaning of excellent customer service. We had three movers from Usa Family Moving and all three of them were great. They were all incredibly pleasant to deal with, moved very quickly without any issue and the move could not have gone better. When dealing with the stresses of a move, having movers that you can trust and that are easy to deal with really makes the move process so much easier. As we mentioned to them, hopefully we do not have to move for a long time but if we do, we will certainly be calling this moving service to help us.

I got my new job in Minneapolis and was looking for a moving company who would be able to help me to move my 2 bedroom apartment in Maple Grove. I called USA Family Moving and had a conversation with Mike who was extremely pleasant and explained to me everything to the details. I have a twin boys and my main concern was if movers would be able to move a double bed for my twins. He promised to me that everything will be taken on parts and then put back together in Minneapolis. On the day of the move three guys arrived on time. They worked fast, were very professional, and blanket wrapped everything. My belongings arrived with no damages at all. Thank you so much USA Family to keep your promises and delivering on time.

I have hired 4 other moving companies in the past. None of them came even close to the efficiency levels of USA family. They conducted my last move and were just fantastic. I have had many of my valuables broken in the past. But these movers performed a miracle when they delivered each and every item I own undamaged to my new house. The movers deserve all the credits. They were just very experienced in every aspect. They knew exactly how to do the job properly.

My old apartment was a fourth floor walk up through a very narrow staircase. I do not remember how I managed to fit my old furniture through that staircase into my apartment 4 years ago. I hired these guys to get them out and then transport them. They somehow managed to get every piece of my furniture out of that building without a scratch on them. The next challenge was my new apartment. It was on the third floor and the elevator was sketchy to describe it the best way possible. The four men carried most of the things through the stairs. I was very impressed by them. I think they exceeded all my expectations and performed brilliantly in conditions less than comfortable.

We moved a month back and USA Family helped us with the move. None of the moving companies we hired in the past came even close to how these guys handled the move. The movers were very strong and experienced. They packed up all my belongings in just 1 hour. The loading process took another 50 minutes to complete. Not only were they fast, they were precise too. Nothing skipped their eyes. This company is the top dog in the moving industry for sure.

I was very impressed seeing how efficiently the movers worked during my move. They arrived on time with all the right tools. The men were all very experienced. They carried my big pieces of furniture quite easily down three sets of stairs. The company employs men who are very experienced. They delivered on time and nothing was damaged. I was moving to join my dream job. I booked a slot with USA Family simply because my family has been using their services for almost a decade and they never had any complains or issues with them. This company has been in the business for long enough to really understand how it works. As expected, the crew arrived right on time. They packed everything very quickly but with precision. My 2-bedroom apartment was loaded in the van in just 55 minutes. Honestly, I only have good things to say about this company.

Usa Family Moving was easy to work with. The movers who came were helpful and professional. Movers went upstairs and to the basement removing all items to be taken out. The items were brought inside my garage and put on a large tarp I had purchased. Truly best Moving Company in the country.

This company moved me so fast and quickly. They did everything with perfection. Nice touch. The movers of Usa Family Moving arrived on time introduced themselves by first name and gave a brief overview of what they would do and explained that the furniture would be placed into a container and taken to general storage and kept until we requested its return. Totally painless experience. I appreciate their effort and their efficiency. The movers were all great. If and when we ever move again it's good to know we found a great moving company to work with. One thing I know for sure is that they are different. I have hired out other service providers before and can tell the difference. The diligence with which they work is far beyond the normal one. The dedication and hard work they put in the relocations is just amazing. I loved their presentation right from the word go, and the feeling has never fled ever since. He took no time to submit the quote and also set up an appointment. I found the quote within my budget and that is why I booked them to move us. I made the right decision because these movers are real pros. They showed up on time, moved all my belongings in one piece and without any damage and took an hour less than the allotted time. Uniqueness seems to be the driving force of Usa Family Moving. I could see that in the way they handled my relocation. They were doing everything differently right from the time I got in touch with their support staff to the time the three crew members were packing up my stuff. It was a unique relocation. There was something different in that move with Usa Family Moving. I love how it was planned and executed. I first got in touch with them through an email. It did not take long before I received a reply. Included in the email were estimated quotes and a few details. I had a look at them and was impressed. I was impressed by how fast and efficient the movers were. The boxes I packed beforehand were gone in the first hour. Moreover, the movers and the relocation adviser were very friendly. The movers also called me in advance before they came in and pointed out any possible issue might delay the process. I showed them exactly what was being moved in each room and they took over and packed the truck perfectly. They were very organized and very good at their job. I had to relocate a few days ago and I was in need of a decent packer and mover company. I came across Usa Family Moving through a friend of mine. I have to say, excellent service.
