This company caused me a lot of stress, made me think I was scammed and left me with nothing but a bitter taste, extra expenses and damaged and lost furniture. From January 1 to January 16, I called them twice a day to get an update on when I could get my stuff delivered. Most of the time, no one picked up the phone and when someone did, the person was absolutely clueless and kept repeating that someone would soon reach out with more info. It sadly never happened. The company was even unable to tell me in what city or even what State my stuff was. Had it been lost or damaged? They could not tell. After spending 3 days at a hotel on my own dime because I could not get my stuff delivered (including my bed, clothes, everything), they finally delivered my stuff. I was absolutely desperate at that point. When I told them an item was missing, they simply had no explanation to give me but that they took everything that was in the warehouse. Obviously no compensation. Do yourself a favor and stay away from this company.

This moving company is one of the worst I have worked with. Everything was delivered on the time they said and they were friendly. However, I things came back to us damaged / broken. We are in the process of filing a claim, but said claim is going to take 2 -3 MONTHS. TWO - THREE MONTHS. We can't get rid of the broken items until the claim is done. We currently a broken TV and furniture(s) taking up space in our home.

This company is the worst business I have ever encountered they are not professional they have had my furniture for a month,they have been doing this for three years how do they get away this .

These people are complete crooks. Stay far away from them as possible. They played th3 bait and switch on me at the last minute and made me pay $5000 over original quote o4 they would keep my things. Then got people off the street not real moves and then just dumped my stuff. Many items missing, broken, scratched, and dented. I am a senior citizen on a fixed income and these people took me to the cleaners. They should be put in jail. The owner is the rudest person I have ever talked to
