Big Lots furniture was supposed to be delivered through them. They have been impossible to contact. My couches were supposed to arrive Saturday, it is now Wednesday not only did they not show up, they never contacted me besides to confirm delivery window Saturday afternoon. Every phone number I can find for them does not go through or has a message inbox that is either not set up or is full. If you have any sort of choice, do not choose them.

2 attempts to get my furniture. No call backs no one answers the phone. Wasted so much time waiting for a response or my furniture. Worst place to deal with

NIGHTMARE!! it has been over 2 months, they delivered a damaged item and a dresser that belonged to someone else. they have told me three Monday's in a row they would deliver then never show up. They are a joke! i still don't have my items and someone else's dresser is taking up space in my living room! I wish i could do negative stars

I have been scheduled 3 times to get my furniture delivered. First 2 times they were a no call and no show. The third time they only delivered 2 pieces of my furniture. The loveseat was missing. I did not get loaded on the truck. Very unprofessional company. I ordered from Sam's Club and they can't even help. DO NOT use this company.
