Our family contacted Cardinal Van Lines to coordinate our move from Idaho down to Austin, Texas. What a good decision on our part. The move went very smoothly. Delivery took a few days, and the movers were polite. Thanks guys!

My wife and I first contacted this moving company back in November, 2019. We were looking to move our 2 bedroom house from NC to Atlanta, Georgia. The move took place the second week of January in 2020, and we were unloaded into our new house only 2 days after our pick-up. We have only good things to say about Cardinal Van lines. The service, the speediness, the care, all very good.

My family moved from Austin, TX to Albuquerque, NM. We are very fortunate. I took a new job and we contacted Cardinal Van Lines. Our move was very smooth. No issues from first contact, through the followup after delivery.

Took a teaching job in Massachusetts and had to move from North Carolina. I wish the weather up here was as warm as the service we received from Cardinal Van lines. I should be in this job a long time, but if anyone is looking to move, Cardinal should be the phone call to make.

Our move took place in Dec. '19 when we moved our 2 bedroom, with garage, from Missouri to Tennessee. Our pick up happened within the window we had requested, and the delivery only took 2 two days. I have a buddy also moving and I told him to call Cardinal Van Lines.

Very satisfied with the moving services from Cardinal Van Lines. I grew up in the South Florida area so a friend of a friend recommended this company to me. I moved from Richmond, VA back down to my home town to be closer to my parents. Very smooth move, they're good movers and good people

Cardinal Van lines really went above and beyond. Our first phone call with the reservations department reassured us that our move would go well. After that, each contact we had just further solidified a great move. By the time we received our followup phone call after delivery, we were very satisfied.

Our move was from Denver to Las Vegas. We'll certainly miss the Denver weather but we're excited to be unpacking and starting a new chapter in our lives. A big thank you to Cardinal Van Lines for successfully servicing all our moving needs.

I contacted Cardinal Van Lines in December of '19 to facilitate my move from Portland, OR to Los Angeles, CA. I was really excited to get a modeling job offer but I'd never moved before so I was also scared. I got a few quotes from different movers, but nobody made me feel as safe and confident as Cardinal. Definitely recommend.

These guys were awesome! Showed up on time, rocked the move out from a 2nd floor apartment. They were very fast and work professionally and efficiently. They are very reasonable and affordable and showed up on time.

This company was great to work with. They were quick to respond over email and text. More importantly, they treated my property with care. Their movers were responsive and actually showed up on time. Further, they treated some of my belongings better than I would have myself.The price was affordable and well worth it for the services provided. I would hire them again and recommend them to anyone who needs movers.

I have moved 6 times in the last 8 years. I always used another company. The last two times I had some damages and other issues so I decided to look for a new company to work with. A good friend of mine recommended Cardinal. Reservations gave me all the info and pricing and we scheduled a day. The crew arrived ten minutes early parked the truck, set up safety cones and they started with all the packing I needed done, They disassembled and wrapped everything. When we got to the second location they unwrapped and placed the furniture where I needed it, took all their trash with them, and finished everything just like was promised. Definitely happy with Cardinal Van lines, they will be my new company I use for the future and recommend to others.

I recently relocated to another state with my family and hired a moving company to move my stuff. Every single employee of Cardinal Van Lines was polite, extremely knowledgeable and professional. They made a complex move a real pleasure for me. I have moved a lot of times and never had this high level of service. I will recommend them every chance I get and will definitely only use them for my next moving needs

The movers hit all the points that were important to me and my family during the move. They were prompt. Showed up clean and uniformed. Had a great looking truck. They were thorough when doing the inventory and they wrapped all the stuff carefully. The quote was spot on and there were no headaches or surprises. I was pleased with the entire process and recommend them to anyone needing a moving company.

They took great care in moving my things and were on time to get started. They also disassembled and assembled our bed and sofa, putting it back together exactly as it was before! I couldn't have asked for a better outcome and overall service from a moving company.

It was my first time using a mover. These guys were so polite and professional and very patient with me. Movers were very careful moving my pieces around and everything arrived in the same condition as it was before moving. This is a five-star company that deserves recognition.

Moving is the worst, but these guys made the entire experience so easy. We contacted Cardinal Van Lines in our most difficult time and we would absolutely recommend these guys again to anyone, for any type of apartment/home move, just to anywhere.

I moved from CA to NY this week with Cardinal Van Lines.They were recommended to me by my friends. They moved my one bedroom apartment things to a one bedroom house. They were very efficient with the moving process.

One thing that always stood out when speaking to a representative from Cardinal Van Lines was the professionalism and that he actually had a lot of knowledge about the moving industry. He was such a great guy to speak with because he made everything very simple to understand. I am glad everything went as he told me.

We have used Cardinal Van Lines recently for our move . They were very careful with all of our belongings, taking measures to protect our furniture with moving blankets and various wraps. Fantastic customer service when you call, the people who answer their phones are always nice and very thorough. Professional guys.

I loved Cardinal Van Lines for their exceptional services. I booked them on short notice, on moving day they were on time and each and every person working on our move was professional, friendly and worked extremely hard. I would use them again.

SCAM/FRAUD Alert!!!! If I could give zero stars I would. This company will say what they have to in order to get your business but it is all a lie. They took a deposit and told me if I needed the additional stop it would be $150 to add it and to wait and see if I wanted to. I called to add it and they said that is another move completely I will have to pay for. Their customer service rep lied to get my business. In addition, the company that charged me is American Standard Moving LLC (go read their horrid reviews!). They basically sub-contracted my move to this other company and gave them my credit card info to be charged which I did not authorize and have no contractual obligations with that company. I've since reported the fraud/scam to my credit card company in hopes of getting my deposit back and then I will be finding someone else to do business with. Stay clear of these people. They are the worst kind of humans I have ever met. I do not normally write reviews but am writing this so others do not get scammed as well. To the others who had the same experience please report it! Let's get this company closed down permanently. In addition, the good reviews here seem to be fake! the people reviewing have only ever reviewed this company. Find it hard to believe so many people chose to review of all things this piece of garbage company... UPDATE! This is also a brokerage company they do not actual do your move! The customer service lady who I think is the owner and likely one of the only people who works for this company is rude and basically told me you should have read the contract better and she is right but I'll escalate this until I close this company down. She tried to get me to cancel my move so she could keep my deposit but I did not, she better contractually provide my services or she will be violating my contract with her. Unless she wants to give me my money back and then I will gladly run away and never look back!!

Absolute scam. They contracted with one of the worst movers -- pro tri state moving company, rated 1 star on this website. They were extremely difficult, did not communicate, and upcharged me like 9 times for bizarre things. Would give zero stars if possible.

If you want all of your personal belongings poorly handles, broken, or destroyed, feel free to use this company. My husband booked this company because we ended up needing to move faster than the military could get us packed and out as my husband was separating and starting a new job. He booked this company due to their high ratings and insistence that they could give us the same quality as a full military move. The headache started from day one - they were scheduled to arrive on a Monday for a full-service move, delayed until Tuesday. The crew shows up on Tuesday completely unaware that it was a full-service move. I wasn't able to supervise the packing, and they clearly put minimal effort into it. Not a single box was labeled, not even generally. Some of our things were packed in garbage bags. Literal garbage bags. They punched two holes in the wall of our house while moving furniture out. They finished packing and loading, then expected us to pay literally thousands more because our deposit apparently wasn't enough. Dramatically (I would say criminally) underquoted us. When we attempted to call and figure out why this happened, the only answer was they couldn't do anything until the subcontractor submitted paperwork. Apparently, we live in the dark ages and there aren't a bunch of different ways to contact other people, especially when it comes to a legitimate concern. Finally, our items are delivered, and they refuse to unload until they get the final payment - fine. But then they open the trunk and I'm not kidding when I say that literally every box is damaged. Plastic totes are smashed in (they were brand new and purchases specifically for the move). We moved two longboard surfboards - both were damaged. One was in mint condition and now sports a 4 foot scratch in the epoxy and two clear dents. The movers literally broke a desk in front of us due to nothing other than complete carelessness.
