They worked together and under Rigo's supervision did a great job. All my possessions got to the destination without any damage. They were easy to work with, pleasant and made my move as pleasant and easy as it could be. I certainly would not hesitate recommending Schleppers Moving company.

Oz Moving & Storage, Inc helped me with my packing for my move, This is an awesome moving company. They arrived on time and they were incredibly professional and took great care of all of our furniture. I will definitely be using them again for my next move.

Brian one of the movers/helpers is a alcoholic and drug addict. I would not recommend him moving your personal property. My property went missing.

Excellent super efficient and clean movers that arrived on time and did a full 600 square foot apartment full of furniture and boxes in a move from Ossining to Hartsdale in two hours total time. The three guys were amazing and easy to work with.

I strongly recommend against using this company. They packed our goods but claim to have forgotten to put it on the truck for shipment did not realize this until the day that we were supposed to receive our belongings. This resulted in our belongings arriving over one week later than they were supposed to. They continued to make serious errors despite making a major one from the beginning by forgetting to tell a third party moving service to uncrate our goods on the day our belongings arrived. This was a serious inconvenience especially as we have a small infant and were moving cross country. They try to market themselves as a high end moving service but if they cannot even get your goods from point A to point B they are not worthy the trouble. One of the worst companies I have had to work with.

I wish I could give more than 5 stars! My first experience with Serenity started with Maxwell on the telephone. I won't exhaust the perusers with the disaster's in regards to my move(s), because of issues on my end, in any case, Maxwell juggled them with the most extreme demonstrable skill and tolerance. Dates were picked and I couldn't be more satisfied with the whole experience. The team was astounding and ALWAYS reacted with my very late demands with "obviously, no issue". They were auspicious and nothing languished over it...not one bit of breakage! Kuddos to Serenity Movers for an occupation to a great degree well done!!!

The folks called me well ahead of time of arriving and could appear right on time because of completing the past move quicker than anticipated. They worked quick and were well disposed and polite the whole time. The procedure took around 3.5 hours through and through. Toward the end my bill was precisely as cited. I'm feeling the loss of an I cushion which we cleared out on the kitchen counter toward the end of the move and now the organization declines to enliven a case, even after a video of one of the movers was naturally transferred to the cloud. The people that represent this company are extremely rude, misinformed about their own policies and do not seem to care very much about their customers. The person I spoke to on the phone after having 3 previous conversations with another representative about details for a move, blatantly gave me an attitude when I relied the information that another employee had given me earlier in the week. She was very snotty to me, especially because I had told her that I used my own boxes, she said I had to buy their boxes in order to pack my things and have them ship it or they would charge me 5 dollars extra per box. She said it would take two weeks just to come up to where I live which is 1.5 hrs away from their location in Miami to have a survey of my things, then another 2 weeks to pick my things up, then 3-4 weeks to deliver to Puerto Rico. I explained that this is not what the last person had said to me, she didn't care. I just don't think that it is reasonable to have to wait 6 weeks to 2 months for my belongings to get to Puerto rico from florida. I went with Crown Relocations, excellent company, prompt, polite and very nice.

Looking for the right mover was a nightmare there are so many ads so many misleading websites. I finally discovered Movage they returned my call within hours referred me to their references and the Better Business Bureau website. We were moving from Manhattan to Pennsylvania also we would be traveling out of the country at the time. We agreed on a reasonable flat rate that included two bedrooms dining room and living room there were no surprises no additional fees. I don't usually write posts but I was so pleased with their service I would definitely recommend them and will hire them in the future. Just be thorough with your list of items such as plants pictures TVs, furniture etc. I did miss the bicycle but there was no there's no charge. Very pleased
