The people that represent this company are extremely rude, misinformed about their own policies and do not seem to care very much about their customers. The person I spoke to on the phone after having 3 previous conversations with another representative about details for a move, blatantly gave me an attitude when I relied the information that another employee had given me earlier in the week. She was very snotty to me, especially because I had told her that I used my own boxes, she said I had to buy their boxes in order to pack my things and have them ship it or they would charge me 5 dollars extra per box. She said it would take two weeks just to come up to where I live which is 1.5 hrs away from their location in Miami to have a survey of my things, then another 2 weeks to pick my things up, then 3-4 weeks to deliver to Puerto Rico. I explained that this is not what the last person had said to me, she didn't care. I just don't think that it is reasonable to have to wait 6 weeks to 2 months for my belongings to get to Puerto rico from florida. I went with Crown Relocations, excellent company, prompt, polite and very nice.
From the snippet of asking for a quote until the last bit of furniture was moved these folks were magnificent to work with. They're proficient, careful, and truly work at an awesome pace to get everything moved.
The came on time and completed the move without any issues. Thanks!
