Sadly tons of my furniture was scratched, smashed, and broken. It was a very sad and frustrating experience overall. However I felt the staff was extremely friendly and outgoing. They also reimbursed the majority of damage. I fell for the small estimate I originally received before the move.

Would not recommend. This company had 2 guys come out to move my elderly mother and they charged her $600.00 to move 2 beds, table, 2 couches , washer, dryer and china hutch that they ended up breaking the glass inside it so she can not use it at the moment. They had to travel 12 miles to her new home. She had requested that I not do a review as she is scared they will come after her. This is so sad. First and only time we will use this company.

From beginning to end: estimate, office coorespondences, movers, and management; all aspects of my relocation were completed with zero complications. Thank you for doing such a wonderful job!

We found Sean and his team - Kevin, Dan and Chris - as a result of amazing positive posts on our local NextDoor site. We were moving into a brand new home just across town. The guys were courteous, capable and even made suggestions since Paul was having knee surgery in a week ! A previous neighbor used Dry Ridge 3 times and raved about them. Strongly recommend

I called this wonderful company on Tuesday for help moving our things from a 26 ft UHaul on Thursday. Sheri asked if 4:00 would be ok and I asked if they could do it at 1:00. She advised they were booked up, however would check on this time. She called back later and said they could do it. Two guys arrived about 45 minutes early and worked hard. Not only did they have to unload the big truck but had to load it up onto a 16ft truck . They were great to work with, very professional and courteous . No walls were touched with the furniture and placed where we wanted. We would hire them again and you should hire them also. Thank you

I purchased a used air hockey table from a family in the Asheville area and I needed to get the table to Greensboro. I spoke with Doug Carpenter several times. He went to look at the house to see what sort of truck would be needed as well as to see if there would be any obstacles impacting his ability to get the table out of the house. He didn't want to simply quote me a price without understanding the situation. I don't hold the moving company industry in high regard but I was super impressed with Doug and Appalachian Movers. Doug was very clear in how the process would work and he delivered as promised.

We are extremely satisfied with the service we received from Tiger Movers yesterday June 26th 2020. Edmond and JJ were the guys who helped us with the move in Simpsonville SC. These gentlemen were very professional, very polite and above all they took great care of our belongings and the walls of the house. They were so hard working and for close to 4hrs for the entire move, they were on top of their game. We have already told them we will request them again for our next move in September. We will highly recommend tiger movers. Their price was very competitive. Thank you for making this so easy for us.

They charged me $7000 and used someone off the street for $10 per hour. Run!!

Worst experience. We were repeatedly lied to and misled. Horrible communication. Were given a delivery date and then could not deliver costing us 2 additional nights in a hotel. Worst thing was our own belongings and furniture was held hostage until the unpackers were given more money.

Above all else, I need to begin off by saying that the greater part of the agents of the moving company were extremely amiable and agreeable via telephone as I set up my in-home appraisal for my up and coming move later this late spring, however lamentably, they submitted the cardinal sin for any business that has auspiciousness as one of it's key components.... Yes, they appeared 15mins LATE for the appraisal (in the wake of calling me a hour prior to the arrangement time to let me know they were running 15mins in front of timetable and might I be able to conceivably arrive sooner!). When they at last arrived, I took a full breath and let myself know I would sit tight for the clarification before composing them off, yet once they rep disclosed to me that she was sitting in a medication store parking garage chatting on the telephone and forgot about time, it's just as simple as that, as I sitting tight for "there was terrible activity" or "my child was debilitated" or something anything besides "I was on the telephone and forgot about time". Perhaps it's fair me, however that doesn't fly in my book, as in what manner would I be able to believe your moving company to be on time moving day or to be capable and tried and true with my things. Apologies, yet delay is a BIG particular annoyance of mine as to me it demonstrates an aggregate absence of appreciation, and I detected she understood this as the assessment was to a great degree clumsy after that. The people they sent to load I believe were street temps. Two seemed blindly high. The supposed manager had a bad back and mostly sat on the truck during loading. He literally went to bed on the truck during off load. My generational antiques were set on the floor with thousands of pounds of boxes on itagainsy every Allied procedure and commitment. Legs were broken offof pieces. they refused to remove and pack even glass cabinet doors as their estimator committed.. As I attempted to intervene, I was told to go sit down and let them work!! Some doors are ripped from the frames with the frames split apart. There are deepcuts, scratches and indentations on most pieces. Was told to take $100,000 ins coverageby their estimator. Mike Carey has not facilitated repair and seeks to avoid the $15,000 it will cost to repair via a BBB A+ restoration company I identified on my own Only after I identified people to restore has he taken any action...that to send an inspector without credentials and demanding I will have to payi any amount beyond their unidentified, uncredentialed person to "fix" my things. They have refused for the people I chose to be present to explain what repairs are entailed at their inspection. I have not agreed and did not agree to use their deep discount "we buy deep discount" initial form. My experiences with this company, their owner, their "employees" and "insurance" by any definition I hold is less than corrupt and immoral.

These guys are awesome! They moved us from Asheville NC to Brevard NC and it was the best move I have ever had. They had to shuttle our things up the drive since there was no way to get the truck up and down it. These guys didn't even stop for lunch. They were very careful handling our belongings. I just can't say enough about how great these guys was.

I had an underlying issue and it was resolved..they do mind what clients think and are cheerful.

I'm not certain who to contact, but rather I would have liked to let you realize that your movers made a brilliant showing for us a week ago. They were exceptionally proficient and to a great degree cautious with our merchandise, as well as with our new home. I was extremely inspired by them.
