Moving with Tiger Moving

Steven and I (Joey) are initially from Lexington, Kentucky and got our Masters Degrees in Business Administration from the University of Kentucky. We have been great companions, colleagues, fellow team members and collaborators since the sixth grade. Preceding Tiger Moving, we put in quite a long while working for Wildcat Moving in Lexington, KY where Steven was the VP and I was the lead administrator. In 2012 and 2013, Angie's List named Wildcat Moving the best moving organization in Kentucky. Steven's uncle went to Clemson so he grew up pulling for the Tigers and his wife was chosen by Greenville Health System for her residency program; that is the thing that drove us to Greenville and opening Tiger Moving. Blane and Luke were great! There were some issues with the truck so it took longer and they had to work late that Friday night but their patience was awesome. Very professional, fine young men.

The folks went ahead time and moved everything to a great degree quick and were exceptionally watchful to not harm anything. We are extremely content with the service and will utilize them once more!

Will and Eddie did an extraordinary job! They were exceptionally friendly, proficient, and quick...and to a great degree reasonably priced! I would prescribe them to anybody. I've used movers before and this was the best experience I've had.

QuestionAMSA wanted to help consumers avoid untrustworthy or illegitimate movers. In January 2008, AMSA created the ProMover certification program for its members. As a member, you must have federal interstate operating authority.Members are also required to pass an annual criminal back check,be licensed bythe FMCSA, and agree to abide by ethical standards. This would include honesty in advertising and in business transaction with customers. Each must also sign a contract committing to adhere to applicable Surface Transportation Board and FMCSA regulations. AMSA also takes into consideration and examines ownership. They are very strict, registration with state corporation commissions. This means that the mover must maintain at least a satisfactory rating with the Better Business Bureau (BBB).As one can imagine, those that passare authorizedto display the ProMove logo on the websites and in marketing materials. However, those that fail willbe expelledfrom the program (and AMSA) if they cannot correct discrepancies during probation.

QuestionIn 1893, the Office of Road Inquiry (ORI)was establishedas an organization. However, in 1905 the namewas changedto the Office Public Records (OPR).The organization then went on to become a division of the United States Department of Agriculture. As seen throughout history, organizations seem incapable of maintaining permanent names. So, the organization's namewas changedthree more times, first in 1915 to the Bureau of Public Roads and again in 1939 to the Public Roads Administration (PRA). Yet again, the name was later shifted to the Federal Works Agency, although itwas abolishedin 1949.Finally, in 1949, the name reverted to the Bureau of Public Roads, falling under the Department of Commerce. With so many name changes, it can be difficult to keep up to date with such organizations. This is why it is most important to research and educate yourself on such matters.
