I used this company in May 2021 to move from lexington ky to Richmond ky the words experience ever.The movers broke the fence from the property I was moving from and will not take responsibility for it.jack called my 15 year old dog stupid.I have complained to the corporate office no one is willing to take responsibility for what was broken or how I was treated nor will they offer any type of compensation. PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY .I have relocated all over the world being military connected and I can truly say this was my first bad experience with a moving company.

They were incredible. I didn't have a great deal to move yet was truly worried around a couch bed. The movers I had when I moved in let me know they couldn't fit it through the entryway however I demanded they continue attempting.

Landed on time in another clean 26' truck and these folks buckled down for 14 hours in a row! Moved everything including 400lb sheltered, piano and pool table. What a hidden gem! I cold-called a bunch of moving companies, and Cardinal was available on fairly short notice for a very reasonable rate. Brent and Stephen were wonderful - professional, communicative, courteous, efficient. Moving is often a chaotic situation in itself, but after they had done everything I requested of them, they continued to ask, "What else can I do for you?"

I don't have enough positive things to say in regards to this organization. They were super quick, effective and proficient. They took care of everything so well, they knew precisely how to take advantage of the time and space. In addition to the fact that they were proficient the movers were benevolent, they instructed me to not lift a finger..usually you need to help them out a little yet I needed to do nothing aside from stay off the beaten path. They made a point to wrap and deal with all my delicate things. Please, prescribe them to any individual who needs to move!!

To begin the experience they were late to the move. Apparently it was not appropriately communicated the start time that I had requested. The moving of property from one site to the next went fairly well. When they moved in the washer the movers tore up the kitchen and washroom flooring. They insisted that the company would take care of it. When I contacted the company I was initially told that these things happen and that it would be taken care of in 4-5 weeks. That time came and went and I didn't hear anything back from them. I attempted to reach them via email and still didn't receive a response so I decided to call them. It was during this call that I was informed that in fact they would not be fixing this and that they were held to no requirements to fix it. When I explained that those I spoke to prior had told me this was covered the manager said that they were not able to speak for the company therefore anything they told me pretty much didn't matter. We paid hundreds of dollars just to be given the run around.

These folks are magnificent. They touched base on time, worked staggeringly quick, took no breaks (despite the fact that I demanded), and offered no grumblings. I even needed to make a very late conformity the night prior to the move to request 3 men rather than 2, and they had no issues. Would contract them again later on. Best moving company in the region!

I am so glad I picked All My Sons over the about six different organizations I called for quotes. The movers were on time, and even called ahead to let us know they were on the way. My spouse was at the house we were moving from and said they were exceptionally effcient and proficient. When they touched base at the new house and met me I observed them to be the same. The folks had extraordinary hard working attitudes and did not leave until they were certain everything was exactly how we needed it. I would picked them again and suggest in a heart beat!
