Do not use them!! The owner is a complete tool and doesn't deserve to own a business. The movers are very inefficient and lazy. They charge you for multiple fees that were never discussed. They charged for an elevator fee?? I'm sorry...you are charging more money for making your job easier? Trust me...do not use them. There are many other companies that do the same work. There is no need to risk having to deal with this company.

Customer service was horrible. Person wouldn't provide any rates, or guidance as to the costs. Said that they would have to come out to our house to quote us, instead of a standard estimated hourly rate. Next appointment was 2 weeks out, then from there it would be another 2 weeks to have them move us.
