Excellent Moving Company. From the beginning where we worked with a Roadway moving company employee through the planning phase and actual move, this company was terrific. They anticipated our questions, gave us tips to help the move and packing go smooth and were extremely responsive. The movers themselves were professional, courteous, flexible and personable. This move was for my 85 yr old parents who were moving from property they have owned for 50 years in Long Island to a retirement home in Charlton. My mom who is not easy to please said "The move could not have gone better"

TV went missing, unfortunately, where did it go. Broke the stove and other stuff. Went through the claims procedure and they only offered me $90. I will try one more time to increase the amount of this incompetent moving company.

The moving company created the impression that they could perform well on move day. This was my first time to move with this business. They took care of it and were very competent and thorough in packing my outdoor table on the balcony. I hit the road and moved to Jersey, yes I know what you going to say but everybody needs to leave the city at one point in time. I mean I am from Florida originally. We would recommend this moving workplace.

The people that represent this company are extremely rude, misinformed about their own policies and do not seem to care very much about their customers. The person I spoke to on the phone after having 3 previous conversations with another representative about details for a move, blatantly gave me an attitude when I relied the information that another employee had given me earlier in the week. She was very snotty to me, especially because I had told her that I used my own boxes, she said I had to buy their boxes in order to pack my things and have them ship it or they would charge me 5 dollars extra per box. She said it would take two weeks just to come up to where I live which is 1.5 hrs away from their location in Miami to have a survey of my things, then another 2 weeks to pick my things up, then 3-4 weeks to deliver to Puerto Rico. I explained that this is not what the last person had said to me, she didn't care. I just don't think that it is reasonable to have to wait 6 weeks to 2 months for my belongings to get to Puerto rico from florida. I went with Crown Relocations, excellent company, prompt, polite and very nice.

I employed this folks for my last moving, they arrived somewhat late, and were somewhat moderate moving the things, we had good correspondence, and general everything arrived alright

This company is run by crooks. I paid in cash and they threatened to not finish the job and tried to get more money from me. I had to call the cops on them. Please be careful who you choose.

This moving experience wasn’t so bad, they arrived an hour after the set hour, they help packing some of the things, and upload them carefully, a little slow the whole process but ok.

They wrapped everything in covers/plastic and made a phenomenal showing with regards to of dismantling everything and assembling it back. They were super cautious about the wood floors, and had additional pressing materials close by for two or three things that didn't initially get stuffed. All things considered, they were so useful and great, and I would 100 percent go to them again for whatever other moves.

I have moved twice before and "The Moving Doctor" was, by a wide margin, the best! They came on time and they worked effectively. The movers were proficient, friendly, and wore uniforms. Most of my property were wrapped properly and arrived in immaculate condition. The truck appeared late and did not have a portion of the supplies asked for (and paid for). One of the movers just exited and LEFT IN THE MIDDLE OF THE MOVE. The proprietor was distracted and when he showed, he had his CHILDREN moving my things, some of which were broken and one box never made it to the new condo. After concluding the move, he would not give me a chance to include the protection alternative AND attempted to charge me for the additional time and the supplies that were never utilized, with real mentality.
