DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY If i could give ZERO stars i would. This company is shady. My husband who served in the US Army for 20 years and served 3 Iraq tours was treated like trash. Im located in houston and will follow him shortly to PA. My husband just retired from the military taking a job in PA from killeen tx. When the truck came to the house it wasnt big enough to hold all his stuff(mind you its just a 3bedroom house with only his stuff. Not alot of stuff) they had him sign a contract before hand then once his stuff didnt fit they made another contract saying its going to cost him $2500 than what was originally told. He was on a time schedule with starting his new job and just paid. Because the truck was too small he had to leave several large items behind. So why did they charge more when he couldnt take his stuff? The delivery was just as bad. They didnt show when they said they would, then the 18 wheeler couldnt fit down his road. So now he had to rent a uhaul. The driver bought his 18yr old son qith him who was all of 80lbs soaking wet. So my husband had to help these guys move his stuff from an 18wheeler to a uhaul truck and help move his own stuff. The trucker said to be honest im not even suppose to help you unload this to your uhaul? Over $4000 paying them then renting his own uhaul and moving his stuff?? Makes me sick to my stomach. I guarantee they havent heard the last from us! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

Family owned company and you can tell. In the last 4 years I've moved 4 times to get back to Houston and in our new home. Carlos and his team made the last move worry free and enjoyable. Everyone from the first phone call to thank you in the driveway was a constant professional. Thank you!

I remember using this company and they damaged my furniture and they refused to repair or respond to my emails or the BBB. They even charged me over 600 to move from an apartment in same complex. They also used guys that smelled like alcohol. Very unprofessional.

I will never use Mayflower Transit in Madison , IN. It was a disaster First my belonging was keep over night In their lot. This did not happen, He parked it in front of his house. (First Lie). They were suppose to be hear at 8:00 AM. They were 5 yours late. Their poor maintains to there truck. They could not make it up a small hill so they went to U-Haul to rent a truck. They transfer my belongings 3 time to the U-Haul. W The contract states that we get to inspect the truck. ( This never happen) They finished around !):10:00PM The employees were all pissed off because they made no money on this move because of renting the U-Haul and having to stay in a hotel because of the time. Very poor attitude almost like it was are fault. If you us this outfit count the boxes. We came up shout on the boxes and the owner again made it sound like it was our fault. I give this outfit a -1 star. It's all about the money as he cried to me that he had to put an engine in the truck because it couldn't go over 20 miles an hours. so a 2.5 hour tripe took them 5 hours. NEVER AGAIN.

Tho I was not content with the way they pressed my sleeping pad, they energetically repacked it. I will say that I stuffed the greater part of my own cases. My huge concern was whether every one of my merchandise would arrive and in great condition. Well they did ALL arrive and in impeccable condition! Correspondence was clear amid travel time which is 6 weeks from Hawaii. The movers, Robert Garcia and Juan Sandoval were exceptionally proficient, affable, productive and knowledgable. They did whatever I asked eagerly. They diverted the cardboard and plastic. They said that City Moving was going to lengths to tidy up a spoiled history. This move obviously evacuated any questions I had about Hercules. Give them a chance.....including City Moving. A debt of gratitude is in order for an incredible employment.

Cajun Movers were OUTSTANDING.....From every aspect. My Wife and I moved from Texas to Florida . . Chad and his crew came in and packed and labeled and logged everything piece of furniture. Very professional and respectful to our needs. They stored our belongings for two months until completion of our home in Florida. There was no HIDDEN or ADDITIONAL cost from the original quote given to us. Upon calling Cajun to deliver our furniture in Florida (700 miles), they packed their truck on a Wednesday and were on the road the next morning delivering our furniture by 5PM Thursday evening, off loaded, sit up and assembled furniture and completed by 8:30PM. Chad and his crew were exceptionally professional and accommodating. Big Thanks to Cajun Movers!!!!!
