If I could give a negative value for the rating it would be -10. This company is a joke. They do not have any value or consideration for their customers and a complete fraud. They will tell you your move will cost $$$ but in the end you will pay double. No one picks up calls, no one returns calls - ALL they want is your money. Stay away from this company, there are many better moving companies out there.

AMAZING! I called 6 different places in Dayton that all gave me the same quote for 2 guys for 6 hours. Tobin Bros was the only company to come to my home, look around and give me a quote that was more than half of what the others charged for the same guys and hours. They were on time, polite and very knowledgeable. It was 95 degrees and they worked hard to ensure they were finished within the time they said they would be! We were all moved in and settled before 4pm! Definitely recommend them!!

I hired this company approximately a month ago. I called to confirm twice and ask basic logistically questions. The move was a basic but large family move, 4 bedrooms, and garage. The service was booked for Saturday 06/27/2020. I hired a 3 team moving crew. The booked time was 8 am-10 am. The company was booked solely because of the great service they provided to my grandmother during her move over 4 months ago. These are the facts. The full complaint is listed on the BBB website. In short. They never showed up on 06/27/2020. They showed up a day late! Unprofessional and not managed properly. Please get a backup plan for your staff.

I had a government delivery of Household goods by Lewis & Michael, Columbus, OH (Prestige Moving & Storage). They were asked to assemble things that were disassembled at origin; asked to un-pack boxes and refused. Excuses were that they didn't have the tools; they didn't know how it was suppose to be put together; wrote on the form to call them to pick up boxes and paper since they were running late. Unpacked ourselves and called to have them pick up the boxes and paper that they were suppose to unpack and they wanted to change us $125 to come back to pick it up! Very unprofessional and I will make sure the U.S. Government knows about their lack of customer service required by contract in hope of relinquishing any further contracts for government (military) employees. Very very poor!

Lady answers phone is inexperienced in piano's. Would not reccomend this money grab company!

It's not very great to be valid! I had a superb involvement with these movers. I paid $65/hr for two folks in addition to $85 level rate for the truck. They moved from my second floor loft to another THIRD FLOOR flat in under two hours!! That is incredible! Particularly for just $215! (Furthermore $20 tip for every fellow) My just counsel would be to send an email affirmation to the client. It's decent to know everything is authoritatively an unavoidable reality to move. This moving company was incredible to work with. After I booked my moving arrangement, I needed to reschedule it 2 or 3 times (shutting date continued evolving). These folks were awesome! I moved out of my home around 8 months prior, and the Two Men and a truck group were awesome. They came early, and boxed and move all my furniture to their on location storeroom. Each time I expected to recover something from the unit they were willing and accommodating. When I chose to have all my stuff moved out of the unit, everybody was amazingly proficient. I was aided rapidly in getting a move date. The movers called when they were en route and landed on time. Both were to a great degree gracious and proficient. They moved all must stuff in rapidly without harming a thing! I would profoundly prescribe Two Men and a Truck for your best course of action! I couldn't have been more satisfied with their administration. Costs are incredible as well!

Smooth move, were extremely useful and a positive ordeal in general. The folks were well disposed, they came supplied with all the hardware and dealt with everything.

I procured these folks to help with my relative move and they were FANTASTIC. Arthur and his team arrived in a substantial truck and motivated right to work. They were exceptionally cautious pressing up her things and moved quick. I've moved a significant number of times and have never worked with a more wonderful, dedicated pack of folks. I would employ them again in a moment and exceedingly suggest them.

I cannot say enough in regards to these folks. They are amazing. You can believe them with your effects, which they will treat with consideration and skill. You can trust with something much a greater number of valuable than any extremely valuable collectible, you can believe them with your gang. They took such great consideration of my father and Im extremely thankful for their understanding with a particular 70 year old who I esteem more than anything on the planet. They moved him and his possessions quick, professionally and respectfully. I will call them for any future moves in our family since I know they will get the untidy badly designed business of moving done as easily as could reasonably be expected.
