My experience was horrific and costly leaving me with damages I did not have, furniture and clothes left behind after we moved. NO furniture set up. He was supposed to send 3 men he sent 2 and a 4 -5 hrs move took 11 hours. I have over $1000 of damages and when I spoke with Dan he was yelling and screaming saying his guys did a great job and proceeded to curse me out and hang up. No response after pictures were sent.

Brian one of the movers/helpers is a alcoholic and drug addict. I would not recommend him moving your personal property. My property went missing.

Excellent move! A little difficult getting the initial communications started, but they were able to meet my tight deadline for the pick up and delivery across the country. In fact, they were a day early on both sides. Good advice on the cost of moving large items versus the value of the items. The Allied driver, Matt, was exceptional!!! Moving is never easy, but this was the best, most hassle free move that I have experienced. Well done!

my mom has been in florida for a week and a half, leaves in 3 days, and not only has the stuff not arrived a week late, but now seems to be arriving after she leaves. she got that info from the driver in miami, not from norman brothers whom she paid and contraction with in new windsor (where she lives). he hasn't returned her calls regarding when it will get there. turns out truck driver doesn't remember some of the large items being on his truck. what to do? don't know. its 500 to change her flight so she can stay longer to wait for the stuff to come , but with no response from norman brothers what would you do. reason for the trip was to receive the truck of stuff. i say stay away unless you want this to happen to you.

This is treat - moving is so upsetting and physically difficult, regardless of your age or physical condition. It was good as can be, careful yet keeping it light and simple, honest and quick. At all times they were smiling and helpful, didn't let me or my husband do any work. When we got to our new home, they made sure they put the furniture precisely where we needed it, and they didn't leave till they were certain we were 100% satisfied. Extraordinary folks.

We expected the typical issues yet this move from NJ to Florida coulD not have gone smoother or better. The driver and leader of the stacking and emptying group was proficient and composed.
