Very poor experience. Did not do their basic job of checking furniture for damage before delivering to us. Our expensive console has been sitting in our dining room and for over 2 months now and can't be used. They refuse to accept their mistake and have not even offered any other option to remedy the situation. Use caution when using their services.

PLEASE READ THIS FEEDBACK THOUROUGHLY AND STAY AWAY FROM EZ MOVING VAN LINES AND DAVID & GOLIATH MOVING!!! THEY are both Scam artists and will lie and misrepresent what they tell you to get your business and then scam you out of more money later. If you are reading ANY 5 star review on either of these companies, it's because it is FAKE and most likely written by one of their company employees. I even recognized one of the names from one review as it was from their customer service person I spoke to numerous times that NEVER helped me. If you decide to use EZ movers, they are a broker that will give you a low ball estimate, get a deposit, and make all these promises you are looking for in a move. Guess what.....they are liars. Once they get your first deposit you are totally out of luck as they will go back over your list of items and all of sudden change your estimate, asking for MORE money. In my case, I went down by 5 items yet because the nature of the items changed, they took my original estimate of 2000 LBS, which they try and sell you on you pay by weight only, and now overinflated my weight by another 622 pounds....increasing my new estimate by $700. Now they want more deposit which even though I had certified weight tickets that shows I was still under the original estimate of 2000 lbs, they come back and tell you there is fine print in contract where you only get like 10% back so I got back $62 from the extra $700 I had to pay even though I stayed under my first estimate weight and the guy who did my second estimate repeatedly told me when I asked, if I stay under the weight will my first estimate be legit and he completely lies and tells me yes. Then the fun begins where you find out they actually hire another company named DAVID & GOLIATH out of Norcross, GA that is the most unprofessional and shady company I have ever worked with besides EZ MOVERS. They mistreat ALL of your stuff as they will throw it around, mishandle it, break it, and just don't care. Then they will LIE to you repeatedly when they will deliver...which in my case they lied three times in two weeks and finally got the phone number to the driver who told me they lied and that he wouldn't be able to deliver like almost week later when I was told it would already be there. You will deal with the most unprofessional and non responsive office workers where they give you no information and will continue to string you along with lies to continue to buy time. If I had more room here I could on and on because this was the most awful experience I have ever experienced in my life hands down. They have you life belongings hostage and basically extort more money from you to deliver it with all of these extra fees they don't tell you about and will refuse to take it off the truck unless you don't pay. I just cannot believe either of these companies can continue to do business and treat people this way. PLEASE stay away and save yourself the biggest mistake of your life!!

I trust our group pioneer's name was Antoine. We had 3 folks and a 10x20(ish) truck to bail us move some stuff out of a house and the greater part of whatever is left of our stuff out of capacity. They appeared early and began working immediately. They worked hard. We had enormous lounge chairs, piano, loads of wooden furniture and a portion of the heaviest stuff needed to go up to the second floor. Moving SUCKS, however Antoine and his group made our lives a great deal less demanding on a distressing day.

Do not use Ivy League Moving, recently Steve had moved a family member and stored their furniture for a year in their facility. When it was time to deliver the furniture, the price has increase to 11K versus the first move of $4K. They also notified us that an expensive $14K motorcycle had been stolen from inside their warehouse. One of their employees stated that it was an inside job. Their insurance policy that they hide in the fine print allows you for a TOTAL REIMBURSEMENT of $300. This means, if they lost all of your family possessions, they would only owe you $300. Steve the owner, quit taking our calls, since he knew the policy he selected was of no value. He took advantage of my elderly parents once he had their furniture in storage and he is likely driving around on their motorcycle. Steve had every opportunity to make it right, but chose to hide and not return calls. Stay far away from this low budget company with basically no insurance and rented trucks.

Called to get a rate in Suwanee, the "BOSS" tried to gouge me and add a $75 "COVID 19" fee for his guys protection plus another $100 travel fee to go 5 miles. So for 2 hours time it was going to be over $400. WORST BUSINESS PRACTICE AND DIS-HONEST COMPANY!!!!!

I can sincerely suggest this organization. A year ago we employed them for an interstate move including three months of capacity and the treatment of a child great piano. They made an awesome showing! The cost was great, they were benevolent and on time. No objections by any stretch of the imagination.

On 8/2/21 I received a call and was quoted a price for a move. I advised them that I have a 3 bedroom apt and a lot of boxes. I paid $25 deposit and was told the movers would arrive at 9am. 9:36am I called twice and no answer so I left VM. I got a call at 10:36am stating they were on the way. I told him I was expecting them at 9am and he said sorry the window is 9-12pm but they were close. I got a call from the driver and said he was 30 minutes away at 11am. They did not show up until 1:20pm after calling me 3 times because they kept going to the wrong complex. They arrived with a medium UHAUL truck so they packed as much as possible but it all did not fit because although I advised the appointment setter the size of the job, they said they have to make a second trip. I called their supervisor to discuss what the next steps were and he offered stated that he could let them do 2hrs 30minutes but if goes past that I would have to pay for the 3rd hour. That IS NOT WHAT WENT DOWN!! And my sons bed was damaged beyond repair and tore a huge hole in my leather couch!
